CEIBS

The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) is a 50/50 Joint Venture between the European Union and the Government of China. Established in 1994, it has become the leading business school both in China and in Asia Pacific, and holds a world top 50 ranking for each of its programmes (MBA, EMBA & Executive Education). It is acknowledged by the EU as its most successful educational project in the world. CEIBS has become the partner of choice for overseas business schools wishing to gain experience in China. Its students and alumni include leading Chinese executives and entrepreneurs. Its client base includes leading MNCs and major state and privately-owned Chinese companies. The school has over 8,000 foreign and Chinese participants enrolled annually in its degree and non-degree programmes. It has 35 permanent faculty of international standing, and annually invites 90 overseas professors from leading business schools to teach in its programmes. CEIBS produces a growing body of research into China management practice. CEIBS is based in Shanghai on its own campus, designed by the firm of I.M. Pei. It has an established branch in Beijing and is now becoming established in Shenzhen.
